Lisa Glenn Nobles is a career operator, educator, and collaborator who builds people-focused operational systems. With experience the startup, education, and nonprofit sectors, Lisa has built a powerful stack of executive-level operational skills, including business analysis, strategic planning, automation and project management support, and human resources acumen. Lisa thrives in ambiguous business contexts, where founders can often get bogged down in the details, and she empowers founders to move from day-to-day operations and into their zone of brilliance.
Outside of professional life, Lisa lives in Fredericksburg, VA with her husband and fur babies. She loves gardening, water recreation, and cooking. 🛶

Michelle is LGN Collaboration's Jill of all trades! She keeps an eye on our processes, helps with client task management, and anything else that comes up. She has worked as a virtual assistant expert for 4 years and loves collaborating and helping others succeed working with all types of business from finance, and creative to healthcare. She is knowledgeable in just about every tool, software and system out there, and she serves as our head automation wiz.
Outside of work, Michelle is a boy mom, wife, and Glendale, Arizona native that enjoys spending time with her family soaking up the AZ sunshine. 🏜️

Jennifer has more than 20 years of experience in marketing-related fields and has a unique, comprehensive perspective of marketing and branding having worked in PR, graphic design, and marketing over the course of her career. In 2022 she earned a master’s degree in marketing from the University of Arizona Eller College of Management – one of the top ranking M.S.M. programs in the U.S.
When she is not working to help small businesses and nonprofits with limited budgets get the most out of their marketing investment, Jennifer enjoys gardening, cooking, and exploring the great outdoors. 🪴

As the Malak and her team specialize in software delivery, with particular emphasis on product management, software engineering, QA, digital accessibility, and UI/UX design. Guided by a philosophy of high user-empowerment, Malak leads with a blend of data analytics and customer insights to create digital solutions that are both innovative and empathetic.
Malak also finds time to contribute to her Phoenix, Arizona community. She operates a coworking space every Wednesday, offers mentorship to aspiring tech professionals, and occasionally takes the stage for public speaking engagements.
